ALSETLab is a set of Laboratory Facilities!

ALSETLab Maxwell Facility

Contains three types of test-benches for real-time hardware-in-the-loop and controller-in-the-loop experiments supported by real-time simulators from different vendors (Opal-RT, Typhoon HIL and dSPACE SCALEXIO).

ALSETLab Volta Facility

Is a power hardware-in-the-loop facility for inverter functionality testing of 15 kW capacity using both Opal-RT simulators and an Opal-RT 4-quadrant bi-directional controllable power converter.
