Registration

The course is free of charge, but you must register to attend either in-person or virtually.

Application Form

In-Person Participation

• The number of participants attending “in person” is limited to 20. For in-person participation, priority will be given to PhD students from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and from the doctoral school ED EEA up to the 1st of April of 2025.
• We have reach the maximum capacity for in-person participation.

On-line Participation

Selection Information

In-Person Participation

• Those that have registered for in-person participation should have received an email confirming their registration.
• Important: If you have a change of plans, please inform us so we can give your spot to another student.

On-line Participation

• We will inform students selected to attend the course as we receive applications via email on May 15, 2025.
• We will stop processing applications on May 15, 2025.
• We will update this page when the maximum “on-line” limit has been reached.
