Registration

The course is free of charge.

However, the number of participants attending “in person” is limited to 20. For in-person participation, priority will be given to PhD students from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and from the doctoral school ED EEA up to the 1st of April of 2025.

Selection Information

• We will inform students selected to attend the course as we receive applications via email on a rolling basis.
• Important: If you have a change of plans, please inform us so we can give your spot to another student.
• We will give priority to PhD students from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and from the doctoral school ED EEA up to the 1st of April of 2025.
• We will stop processing applications on May 15, 2025.
• We will update this page when the maximum “in person” limit has been reached.
